Production 3D Printing

Axiom Works produces parts at production volumes using Vision Miner industrial additive manufacturing equipment. Production runs are evaluated based on the application, the required material, and the volume. There are no arbitrary minimums. If additive manufacturing is the right process for the part, we build it at the quantity you need.

High-Volume Additive Manufacturing

We provide CAD design services for customers who need to develop a new part, refine an existing concept, or prepare a design specifically for additive Axiom Works is capable of production runs into the hundreds of thousands of parts. Volume requirements are evaluated based on the geometry, material, and tolerances of the specific part. We do not apply minimum order quantities that ignore the application.. Getting involved early in the process allows design decisions to be made with manufacturing in mind from the start, helping reduce development time, avoid unnecessary revisions, and create parts that are better suited for real-world production. This can include concept development, 3D modeling, design refinement, and preparation for prototyping or production.

Consistent Part Quality

Production runs with Axiom Works use the same process parameters, materials, and equipment as the initial prototype. That consistency eliminates the qualification gap that happens when a client prototypes with one vendor and produces with another. What we print for you at one unit is what we print at ten thousand.

Engineering-Supported Production

Every production run at Axiom Works is backed by engineering evaluation. If a part exhibits a failure mode at volume that did not appear in low-quantity testing, we identify it and address it. Our manufacturing team understands the engineering intent behind what we build.
